We currently teach in two locations: Borgue Village Hall and the Community Centre in Kirkcudbright, where we also offer one-to-one sessions on the Reformer Tower. This allows us to provide both group classes and personalised Pilates sessions tailored to your individual needs.
We understand that every body is unique, which is why our classes are adapted to suit a wide range of clients—from beginners to experienced practitioners.
